Welcome to Bass Lake Retreat. By making a reservation or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Reservations

Guests must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation and must occupy the property during the stay.

Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, unless otherwise approved in writing. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 4:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

House Rules

Guests agree to follow all posted House Rules, including quiet hours, parking, smoking restrictions, pool safety requirements, and any instructions provided before or during the stay 

Property Condition

Guests are responsible for leaving the property in reasonable condition. Damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.

Liability

Guests use the pool, lake, dock, kayaks, paddle boat, bicycles, fire pit, and all other amenities at their own risk.

Bass Lake Retreat is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss of personal belongings.

Force Majeure

Bass Lake Retreat is not responsible for interruptions caused by weather, utility outages, natural disasters, government actions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
