There is no lifeguard on duty.

Guests assume all responsibility for pool use.

Waterfront

The property is located directly on Lake Worrell.

Children must be supervised at all times near the lake and dock.

Wildlife

Florida is home to native wildlife, including birds, turtles, insects, snakes, and occasionally alligators.

Guests should avoid feeding wildlife.

Well Water

The property uses a private well water system.

The water is safe for bathing, cooking, and drinking.

Occasionally, well water may have a slight sulfur odor after extended periods without use.

Internet

Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary amenity.

Service interruptions occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Power Outages

Weather-related outages occasionally occur in Florida.

No refunds will be issued for interruptions beyond our control.
